Ludwigia Palustris Super Red is a slight variation of Ludwigia Palustris. Ludwigia Palustris Super Red is an easy to keep species that features oval leaves with bolder reddish-orange coloration. This aquatic stem plant is ideal for midground aquatic plant choices as well as the background. When planted in groups, Ludwigia Palustris Super Red provides beautiful pops of color against darker green colored aquatic plants. It also aids in adding movement and dimension to any planted aquarium tank. Coloration is dependent upon the care and deeper hues can be achieved by providing Ludwigia Palustris Super Red with quality aquarium LED lighting, CO2 injection, premium aquatic plant fertilizer, and quality aquarium soil. If optimal conditions are provided, regular trimming will be needed in order to keep this aquatic stem plant growing lush and full.

Like most aquatic stem plants, Ludwigia Palustris Super Red can be grown submerged in a planted aquarium tank or emersed in a terrarium-like setup. Propagation is similar to all aquatic stem plants. Simply cut the stems and replant into a quality aquarium substrate.
